Kathryn Frost, Massage Therapist

Kathryn is a holistic, clinical, and oncology massage therapist with a degree in Human Biology. She combines scientific understanding with holistic expertise and a calm, mindful touch. She is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and works within the NHS as an oncology massage therapist.

A former GB runner and graduate of Loughborough University, Kathryn began her massage career working with athletes. Her early practice focused on enhancing recovery, improving flexibility, optimising performance, and supporting injury prevention and rehabilitation—grounded in strong anatomical and physiological knowledge.

Over time, her focus evolved. Through mindfulness practices, yoga, and meditation, Kathryn developed a more intuitive and holistic approach to treatment. She began working increasingly with the elderly, those living with illness, and individuals seeking deeply restorative, balancing therapies to relieve both physical and emotional stress.

Through this work, Kathryn became deeply aware of the intricate connection between mind, body, and spirit—recognising that pain and illness are often not purely physical, but signals of imbalance within the whole system. Her treatments now reflect this integrated approach, combining clinical knowledge with presence and intention, supporting balance, harmony, and healing across all aspects of the self.
